Dr. Rick Willis began serving as the Pastor of FBC Lampasas in May of 2004. Rick received his Ph.D. in Historical Theology from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, TX in 1995, a Master of Divinity from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in 1988, and a BS in Speech Communication from Howard Payne University in 1982.
Rick is married to D’Anne (Carter) Willis for 40 years, and they have an adult son, Carter. D’Anne holds a BA in Religion and Social Work from Houston Baptist University. She is currently involved in the community with the Lampasas Public Library, leading the FBC Lampasas children’s choir, and as a leader with the Arnold Street ladies community Bible study.
Since 2021, Rick has taught as an adjunct professor at Howard Payne University. His hobbies include golf, playing the ukulele, and using and tinkering with vintage typewriters.
Marc Ramsour began serving as the Family Minister of FBC Lampasas in June of 2023. He has received his Master of Christian Education from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, TX in 2000, and BBA in Marketing from Baylor University in 1997.
Marc is married to Holly (Watkins) Ramsour for 25 years, and they have 3 amazing daughters, Kaylee, Kariss, and Kellyn. Holly holds a BS in Psychology and Teaching Certification from Baylor University. She has taught at all levels from high school down to preschool in Texas, Virginia, and Georgia.
Marc's hobbies include outdoor activities, reading, and cheering on the Baylor Bears, Dallas Cowboys, and Texas Rangers.
Neill Herndon is a native of Houston, Texas. He holds an Associates of Arts in Music Degree from the Community College of the Air Force and a Bachelors Degree in History from Hawaii Pacific University. A professional pianist, he served for 24 years in the United States Air Force Bands and Music program. He has served the Lord in various music ministry positions in Beaumont and San Antonio, Texas, Japan, Hawaii and Germany.
He is married to Vicki and they have an adult son and two grandchildren. He enjoys cooking, gardening, and historical research.
